My enthusiasm for fitness is inspired by people who desire to create personal goals for their health and well-being in fun & energetic ways. the classes I enjoy teaching are Flexible Movement, Totally Toned and TRX.
Each of my classes offers a total body approach to cardio, strength, movement patterns and mindset. I encourage all levels of ability to participate, more than just physical strength can be found within each participant. Personal perseverance is encouraged and explored with grace. I am excited and honored to be a part of your journey.
